I had visited two other parts stores to try to find a part and neither could help me. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the employee that helped me, but he was extremely helpful. He too, at first, was confused by my problem, but he kept looking for a solution. He was going to find a solution, and it felt good to know this would be the last store I would have to go to.
It took him a few minutes eventually he understood the part I was talking about and even when he knew he didn't have the part, and he knew he wasn't gonna make any money off me, he still called up the Infiniti dealership to find a solution. I really wish I knew his name so that I could thank him.
